ROAMDECK SERVER — END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
Version 1.0 — 6 July 2026

IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. By installing or using RoamDeck Server
("Software"), you agree to this Agreement between you and the RoamDeck
developer, Gabriele Contarini, Italy ("we", "us"). If you do not agree,
do not install or use the Software.

1. LICENSE
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license
to install and use the Software on computers you own or control, for the
purpose of accessing them remotely with the RoamDeck app, according to your
plan (Free or Pro). Paid features ("Pro") are billed as subscriptions through
Google Play and governed also by the Terms of Service
(https://roamdeck.app/terms/).

2. RESTRICTIONS
You may not: (a) redistribute, sell, rent, or provide the Software as a
hosted service to third parties; (b) remove or alter copyright, trademark or
attribution notices; (c) reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the
Software, EXCEPT to the extent such a restriction is prohibited by applicable
law and EXCEPT as expressly permitted by Section 3 for open-source components.

3. THIRD-PARTY AND OPEN-SOURCE COMPONENTS
The Software includes third-party components listed in the file
THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt installed with the application. Nothing in this
Agreement limits the rights granted to you by the applicable open-source
licenses of those components. In particular, LGPL-licensed libraries (e.g.
FFmpeg) are shipped as separate, replaceable DLL files (folder
"_internal\av.libs"): you may modify or replace them and you may reverse
engineer the Software solely to the extent necessary to debug such
modifications, as provided by the LGPL. The Software also contains
proprietary redistributable components of NVIDIA Corporation (cuDNN), Intel
Corporation (OpenMP runtime) and Microsoft Corporation (Visual C++ runtime):
you may use them only as part of this Software and you may not extract,
modify, reverse engineer or redistribute them separately.

4. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
The Software gives remote access and control of your computer. You are
responsible for: using it only on systems you own or are authorized to
access; keeping your pairing PIN/QR codes and paired devices secure; revoking
access of lost devices; complying with applicable laws. You must not use the
Software to access third-party systems without authorization.

5. CONNECTIVITY SERVICES
Remote connections may use our rendezvous and relay servers. These services
are provided "as is", may be updated, throttled or discontinued, and their
availability is not guaranteed. Details on data handled by these services:

6. VOICE FEATURE AND MODEL DOWNLOAD
The dictation feature downloads a speech-recognition model (approx. 1.6 GB)
from huggingface.co on first use. The model is licensed under MIT (see
THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt). Availability of the download service is not
guaranteed by us.

7. UPDATES
We may provide updates that change or remove functionality. This Agreement
applies to any update unless a separate agreement accompanies it.

8. NO WARRANTY
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF
ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or
error-free operation.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY
INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS
OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE
LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12
MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (OR EUR 10 IF YOU USE THE FREE PLAN). NOTHING IN
THIS AGREEMENT EXCLUDES LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE
LAW (INCLUDING LIABILITY FOR WILFUL MISCONDUCT OR GROSS NEGLIGENCE), NOR DOES
IT AFFECT THE MANDATORY STATUTORY RIGHTS OF CONSUMERS.

10. TERMINATION
This license terminates automatically if you materially breach it. Upon
termination you must uninstall the Software. Sections 3, 8, 9, 11 survive.

11. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer residing in
the EU, you also enjoy the mandatory consumer protections of your country of
residence, and disputes may be brought before the courts of your residence.
